Delicious Chicken 3 Ways!

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 5-10 minutes | Cooking Time: 15-25 minutes | Level: Beginner

 

Steps

Step 1 (Oven-Baked Chicken Thighs)
Preheat oven to 400F and butterfly Chicken thighs to flatten them out, then season both sides

Step 2 (Oven-Baked Chicken Thighs)
Place in oven for 12-15 minutes and enjoy!

Step 1 (Oven-Baked Chicken Breasts)
Preheat oven to 400F and season Chicken breasts, more generously if you are going to pan sear first

Step 2 (Oven-Baked Chicken Breasts)
If you’d like to sear, bring cooking oil to mid / high heat and sear both sides for 2-3 minutes, then in the oven for 22-25 minutes (If not searing, leave in oven for 3-4 more minutes)

Step 1 (Pan-Seared Chicken Thighs)
Cut Chicken thighs into even, 1-inch wide strips, then season generously and mix

Step 2 (Pan-Seared Chicken Thighs)
Bring cooking oil to medium heat and evenly spread Chicken thighs out, cooking for 3-4 minutes

Step 3 (Pan-Seared Chicken Thighs)
After 3-4 minutes, or when nicely browned, flip all pieces and cook for another 3-4 minutes (check to see how cooked it is)

Step 4 (Pan-Seared Chicken Thighs)
Give the pan a nice shake, cook for another 1-2 minutes and enjoy!

Common Pitfalls

Always check your chicken 75% through the cook time, make sure it’s not getting overcooked!
