Chinese Green beans with Pork

Steps
Step 1
De-seed your Chilies, then finely chop them along with the Garlic
Step 2
Cut the ends off your Green Beans and Snap Peas, then in half—Keep these separate
Step 3
Prepare your cooking sauce
Step 4
Bring a small amount of cooking oil to mid/high heat, then add Ground Pork, breaking into small chunks evenly across the pan
Step 5
After 3 minutes, add half of your Garlic, Chilies, and Cooking Sauce and mix, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until cooked and slightly charred
Step 6
After removing Pork, bring some cooking oil to medium heat and add the green beans. After 2-3 minutes, add the rest of your Garlic, Chilies, and Cooking Sauce
Step 7
Once Green Brans are almost done cooking, add the Pork back until everything is warmed up again
Garnish with Snap Peas + Sesame Seeds — Plate and Enjoy!

1/2 pound Green Beans
1/2 pound ground Pork
2-3 Chilies of choice (Fresno / Jalapeno)
1 bag Snap Peas
5-6 Garlic cloves
Cooking Sauce:
3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1.5 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
1.5 teaspoon Chinese Cooking Wine / Fish Sauce / Chinese Vinegar (optional)
Black Pepper
Sesame Seeds
Oil and Seasonings
Cooking Oil
Common Pitfalls
Add your cooking sauce bit by bit—very easy to add to much and have it be too salty!
Try your green beans as you are cooking them! These are the hardest to get right

Any ground protein can be substituted while keeping cooking instructions the same!
Variations of the cooking sauce is totally up to your preference, adding in either Chinese Cooking Wine / Chinese Vinegar / Fish Sauce can level up the flavors
