
Salmon w/ Asian Style Veggies
Wash veggies, cut the leaves off the Bok Choi and stems of Broccoli
Slightly cut end off Bok Choi, then cut both that and Broccoli length wise
Cut ends off Snap Peas and then in half
Mix together your salmon rub and add to filets on a baking tray
For 1/2 pound salmon filets, cook at 400 for 12 minutes, then into the broiler for 2 minutes
Bring cooking oil to mid / high heat, then add your bok choi and broccoli
Season and flip once one side is browned, about 3 minutes
Add leaves + snap peas, drizzle a splash of soy sauce, cook for 1-2 minutes
Assemble ingredients and plate!
